To meet the needs of researchers for cost-efficient, accurate and broadly-based market data, Brogan Inc. has pioneered the use of administrative databases to understand drug usage patterns and to contribute to the management of drug programs in Canada.

Brogan Inc. database is the largest drug claims data warehouse in Canada. It comprises summarized or claims level data collected from nine of the ten provinces and over 17 major private drug program administrators.

The collected data contain complete records from administrative systems, not a sample; thus, there are no projections that can introduce error or bias. Personal records are protected by means of anonymous identifies and comply with provincial and federal privacy legislation.
