Federal Court Decision Regarding Dovobet

The Federal Court issued a mixed decision in regards to LEO Pharma Inc. and its medicine Dovobet. There were four issues that were brought before the Federal Court. The Federal Court agreed with the Board on three of the four issues . The Board's decision on the price of Dovobet being excessive was upheld by the Federal Court (found here: PMPRB_Board's_Decision) . The Federal Court did take exception of the handling of compassionate use programs. The final judgement of the Federal Court is a modified version of the Board's Decision where Leo Pharma and Board staff are to establish a MNE for each period and a revised ATP which "must take into account any reduction given as a promotion or in the form of rebates, discounts, refunds, free goods, free services, gifts or any other benefits of a like nature".
